Healthy in Mind, Body and Spirit


Being healthy is more than simply physical appearance.

Sure its great to be active and athletic...but just as much focus you put into the physical, you should also put into your mental and spiritual well being.

Some of the things I do to maintain my mental and spiritual health are:

- Volunteering at charity organizations
- Reading books on things I'm interested in learning
- Spending quiet time with myself
- Meditating on the things and people I am grateful for and have been blessed with
- Writing poetry

These are just a few of the things I do on a weekly and daily basis.
