I had the pleasure of hanging with some amazing young girls this past weekend and I tell you, I am in awe of the potential I see.

But you know what I also see? I see young girls who don't know or haven't yet realized the potential of their dreams, young girls who have phenomenal gifts but aren't pursuing their passions, who have the ability to be absolutely AMAZING but are settling for mediocrity due to lack of information or drive.
